RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed March 9, 2015 and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-009147-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein PHH MORTGAGE CORPORATION, is Plaintiff, and LINDA BALDWIN, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 08 day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
LOT 60, CHICKASAW OAKS - PHASE ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 17, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
