NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated April 23, 2015, and entered in Case No. 482012CA012714-O of the Circuit Court in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein us bank na as legal title trustee for truman 2013 sc4 title trust is Plaintiff and jeffrey polson a/k/a jeffrey s. polson a/k/a jeffrey stephen polson; bobbie renee kerce a/k/a bobbie renee polson; dover estates homeowner's association, inc.; unknown spouse of jeffrey polson a/k/a jeffrey s. polson a/k/a jeffrey stephen polson; green tree servicing, llc, f/k/a conseco finance servicing corp.; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED, are Defendants, TIFFANY MOORE RUSSELL, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com,11:00 A.M. on the 25th day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
