NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 13, 2013, and the Court's Order Sustaining Defendant's Objection to Sale dated April 21, 2015, rescheduling same, entered in Civil Case No. 2008-CA-016700-O of the Circuit Court of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein AHIFO-18, LLC is Plaintiff and BRIDLE PATH, LLC; INTERSTAR INVESTMENTS LLC d/b/a INTERSTAR LENDING; THOMAS D. WOOD AND COMPANY; RICHARD J. MOZDZER; and DEBRA REYNOLDS a/k/a DEBBIE REYNOLDS are Defendants, the Clerk will sell to the highest bidder at auction held at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 o'clock a.m., on the 19th day of May, 2015, the following described property in Orange County, FL, commonly known as 5502 and 5526 Plymouth-Sorrento Rd., Apopka, FL 23712-5185 (the “Property”), and more particularly described as:
