NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed 2nd day of March, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014-CA-007538-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and KEVIN JACKSON A/K/A KEVIN L. JACKSON; CHRISTINE E. JACKSON A/K/A CHRISTINE JACKSON; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, BY AND THROUGH THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; PROVINCIAL INVESTMENTS, INC.; SKY LAKE SOUTH HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; G&I VI LAUREL OAKS LLC A/K/A G&I LAUREL OAKS LLC; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.MYORANGECLERK.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 1st day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 779, SKY LAKE SOUTH - UNIT FIVE “C”, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 30, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
