NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 20, 2015, entered in Case No. 2014-CA-008131-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein US Bank National Association as Trustee for CRMSI Remic Series 2006-02 - REMIC Pass-Through Certificates Series 2006-02 is the Plaintiff and Deirdre Mathis a/k/a Deirdre L. Mathis; Semoran Recreation Association, Inc.; Unknown Spouse of Deirdre Mathis a/k/a Deirdre L. Mathis; Semoran Club Management, Inc. are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 1st day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL KNOWN AS UNIT NO. A-12, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN LOT “A”, WHICH COMPOSES THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT TO SAID UNIT, ALL IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THAT DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF SEMORAN CLUB CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2865, PAGE 1883 THROUGH 1923, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
