NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida, will on the 28th day of May, 2015, at 11:00 AM, at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Orange County, Florida:
LOT 11, WEKIVA RESERVE, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED AT PLAT BOOK 40, PAGES 85 AND 86, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
