NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 20, 2015, entered in Case No. 2009-CA-029705-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC is the Plaintiff and Jonathan Totaram; Jessica Totaram; Any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against the herein named individual defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants; Deer Park Association, Inc.; Deerfield Community Association, Inc.; Regions Bank f/k/a AmSouth Bank; John Doe and Jane Doe as Unknown Tenants in Possession; John Doe are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 1st day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 22, DEERFIELD PHASE 2A, UNIT 3, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT OR MAP THEREOF DESCRIBED IN PLAT BOOK 26, AT PAGE(S) 113, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
