NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida, will on the 1st day of July, 2015, at 11:00 AM, at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Orange County, Florida:
LOT 42, WATERFORD LAKES TRACT N-24, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 30, PAGES 89 AND 90, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
