NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 7, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014-CA-011748-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein MILLENIA HOMES CORPORATION, a Florida corporation is the Plaintiff and DOLORES A. MENA and ISAAC MALAVE, are the Defendants, the Orange County Clerk of Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, Orange County, Florida at 11:00 a.m. on the 11th day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
Lot 164 of CHENEY HIGHLANDS THIRD ADDITION, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book O, at Page 93, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
