NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 27th day of April, 2015, and entered in Case No. 08-28541, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC is the Plaintiff and DAVID B BENDALL; CITIBANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION F/K/A CITIBANK, FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAVID B BENDALL; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 1st day of June, 2015 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 270.00 FEET OF LOT 3 AND THE EAST 20.00 FEET, LESS THE SOUTH 270.00 FEET OF LOT 3, BLOCK C, PALM LAKE MANOR FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK U, PAGE 140, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
