NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Orange County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Orange County, Florida described as:
Unit 1512, of LEXINGTON PLACE, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 8687, Page 2025, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida; together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. With the following street address: 11500 Westwood Boulevard, #1512, Orlando, FL 32828.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.orange.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on June 17, 2015.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
