beginning at the northeast corner of said lot 3; thence south 00 degrees 00 minutes 23 seconds east along the east boundary of said lot 3, a distance of 128.27 feet to the southeast corner of said lot 3: thence south 89 degrees 57 minutes 30 seconds west along the south boundary of said lot 3, a distance of 42.42 feet to an intersection with the southerly extension of the centerline of the common wall of the existing building on said lot; thence north 00 degrees 00 minutes 23 seconds west along the centerline of said common wall, and its northerly and southerly extensions thereof, a distance of 128.30 feet to an intersection with the north boundary of said lot 3; thence north 89 degrees 59 minutes 37 seconds east along said north boundary of lot 3, a distance of 42.42 feet to the point of beginning.
