NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated April 30, 2015 entered in Case No. 2013-CA-007925-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC is the Plaintiff and Nadine Sharpe; United States of America; Unknown Tenants are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 4th day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK F, ROBINSWOOD SECTION ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK U PAGE 5-6, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
