NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 5, 2015 entered in Civil Case No.: 2012-CA-000178-O of the 9th Judicial Circuit in Orlando, Orange County, Florida, Eddie Fernandez, the Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. EST on the 11th day of June, 2015 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 44, REMINGTON OAKS PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42, PAGES 38 THROUGH 40, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
