NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 5, 2015, and entered in Case Number 14-CA-3032 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein FIRST-CITIZENS BANK & TRUST COMPANY is the Plaintiff, and Kendall Precision Machine, Inc., et al. are the Defendants, Barbara T. Scott as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder. Foreclosure sales will be held online via the Internet at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com , beginning at 11:00 A.M. on July 6, 2015.
