and commonly known as: 8431 AUSTRIAN BOULEVARD, PUNTA GORDA, FL 33982; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.Charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, on June 4, 2015 at 11:00 a.m..
