NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated March 4, 2015, and entered in Case No. 08-2014-CA-001193 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida in which Bank of America, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Michelle Morra, Robert Morra, are defendants, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, Charlotte County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 1st day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 23, BLOCK 1711, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 52, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 66A THROUGH 66F, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
