NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated the 3 day of December, 2014, entered in the above captioned action, Case No. 13-CA-721, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the public sale, on the 3rd floor lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 o'clock A.M. on June 4, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to-wit:
LOT 28, BRYNWOOD PRESERVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 38, PAGES 54 THROUGH 57, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
