NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 16, 2014, and entered in 1104140CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, FORMERLY KNOWN AS BANKERS TRUST COMPANY OF CALIFORNIA, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE ASSETS TRUST 2005-2 is the Plaintiff and RONALD E. LUNDIN A/K/A RONALD LUNDIN; HAWKSRIDGE PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR AMERICAN BROKERS CONDUIT; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A KATHY LUNDIN are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on June 4, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 78, HAWKSRIDGE UNIT ONE, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE PLAT
RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 18, PAGES 67 AND 68, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
