Final Judgment was awarded on November 20, 2013 in Civil Case No. 11-2009-CA-000102, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR HSI ASSET SECURITIZATION CORPORATION MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATE 2006--HE1 is the Plaintiff, and OTNIER MARTINEZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF OTNIER MARTINEZ N/K/A LIDIA MARTIN; LOANNY MARTINEZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LOANNY MARTINEZ N/K/A ANISLEA MARTINEZ; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LOANNY MARTINEZ N/K/A ANISLEA MARTINEZ; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

THE NORTH 40 FEET OF LOT 19 AND ALL OF LOT 20, IN BLOCK 85, OF GOLDEN GATE UNIT NO. 3 ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, AT PAGE 97 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
