NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiffs Motion to Reschedule the Foreclosure Sale Date entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-001452 of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and CYNTHIA VAN LARE, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Collier County Courthouse, in the lobby on the Third Floor of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 AM on the 4 day of June, 2015, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
THE WEST 75 FEET OF TRACT 43, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES UNIT65, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 88, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
