Chips Shore clerk of the circuit court will sell the property situate in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
The East 1/2 of Lot 4, LORD'S SUBDIVISION, LESS Tract in Southwest corner thereof described as 120 feet North and South by 80 feet East and West, conveyed to A. Bryant in Deed Book 246, Page 433 and also LESS the East 15 feet off East side for Roadway and also LESS the North 200 feet, and also LESS that parcel conveyed in Official Records Book 1325, Page 547, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 63, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
