Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated April 28, 2015, entered in Civil Case Number 2014CA005603AX, in the Circuit Court for Manatee County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff, and NIGEL DOUGLAS, et al., are the Defendants, Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
Lot 14, Woodlands Park on Palma Sola Bay, AS PER plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 42, Pages 1 through 7, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 28th day of July, 2015. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
