NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 16, 2011, and an order rescheduling sale dated, April 23, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-001571 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMRICA, N.A., is Plaintiff and Jennifer N. Perry, et al., are Defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 12th day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 40, CORDOVA LAKES SUBDIVISION, PHASE VII, AS PER THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 28, PAGE 47 THROUGH 49, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
