NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 5th day of May, 2015, and entered in Case No. 41 2013CA003168AX, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is Plaintiff and ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST, BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF DONNA M. REEDY-YOUNG A/K/A DONNA M. YOUNG A/K/A DONNA REEDY-YOUNG, DECEASED; DILLON YOUNG; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; HUNTINGTON WOODS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 5th day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT C, BULDING 17, PAHSE II, HUNTINGTON WOODS CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1094, PAGE 1895, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 20, PAGE 126, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
