NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 4th day of May, 2015, and entered in Case No. 41 2013CA002888AX, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FNMA”) is Plaintiff and CHRISTER S. FRYKMO; IRIS FRYKMO; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; PALMETTO POINT CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 9th day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 424 AND 425, PALMETTO POINT SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE(S) 124 THROUGH 127, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
