NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 7, 2015, entered in Case No. 12-CA-054241 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York as Trustee for the Certificateholders of the CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2005-10 is the Plaintiff and Paul Louis Repsher a/k/a Paul L. Repsher; Unknown Spouse of Paul Louis Repsher a/k/a Paul L. Repsher; Bank of America, N.A.; Unknown Tenant(s) in Possession #1 and #2; and ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES, including, if a named Defendant is deceased, the personal representatives, the surviving spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, an all other parties claiming, by, through, under or against that Defendant, and all claimants, persons or parties, natural or corporate, or whose exact legal status is unknown, claiming under any of the above named or described Defendants are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 6 day of July, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 36, 37, AND 38, BLOCK 3187, UNIT 66, OF CAPE CORAL, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGE 2 THROUGH 26, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
