SONCRANT, JR., IF LIVING AND IF DEAD, THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST JAMES M. SONCRANT, JR.; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAMES M. SONCRANT, JR.; SUNCOAST SCHOOLS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; AND THE UNKNOWN TENANT(S)/OCCUPANT(S) IN POSSESSION,

Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 6 day of May, 2015, and entered in case No. 15-CC-000838 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein WYLDEWOOD LAKES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and JAMES M. SONCRANT, JR. and SUNCOAST SCHOOLS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 5 day of June, 2015 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Unit 31-C, WYLDEWOOD LAKES CONDOMINIUM PHASE X, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 1446, Pages 2229-2326, inclusive, as amended, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
