NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 6, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-CC-005798 of The County Court in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein THE LAKES OF ESTERO HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC is Plaintiff, and DARRYL PAULAUSKIS and JANEEN PAULAUSKIS are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at 9:00 o'clock A.M. on the day of June 5, 2015 the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 10, Block, of LAKES OF ESTERO, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 72, Page 78, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida
AKA: 9631 Springlake Cir, Estero, FL 33928
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
