RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Cancel Foreclosure Sale filed March 27, 2015 and entered in Case No. 12-CA-057534 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-NC1, is Plaintiff, and EDGAR MELENDEZ, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 01 day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
LOT 79, BLOCK 891, UNIT 26, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 117 TO 148, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ALSO, LOT 80, BLOCK 891, UNIT 24, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 63 TO 77, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
