NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 1, 2015, and entered in 14-CA-051234 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK N.A. AS TRUSTEE F/B/O HOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC., BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST 2006-3, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-3 AND CERTAIN MORTGAGORS, is the Plaintiff and STEPHEN BAIERA; LYNNE ABBATE A/K/A LYNN ABBATE; PINECREST IV AT STONEYBROOK ASSOCIATION, INC.; STONEYBROOK, A GOLF COURSE COMMUNITY OF FORT MYERS, INC. are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Courtwill sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on July 1, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 1625, BUILDING 16, PINECREST IV AT STONEYBROOK, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3641, PAGE 4195, AND AS AMENDED, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
