NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated April 30, 2015, entered in Civil Case No. 14-CA-051060 of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-14 is Plaintiff and MICHAEL J WEIDGANS, et al, are Defendants. The clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Lee County On Line Public Auction website: www.lee.realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM on June 3, 2015, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT(S) 31 AND 32, BLOCK 5932, UNIT 93, CAPE CORAL, SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGE(S) 1 THROUGH 21 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
