Shuss are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 AM. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on August 3, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 1515, IN BUILDING 15, PINECREST IV AT STONEYBROOK, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3641, PAGE 4195, AS AMENDED BY AMENDMENT ADDING BUILDING 15, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3676, PAGE 2037, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
