NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 15 April, 2015, and entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-007239WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida in which Onewest Bank, Fsb, is the Plaintiff and Sara Hayden, The Unknown Spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, And All Other Parties Claiming An Interest By, Through, Under Or Against The Estate Of Geneva M. Hayden A/K/A Geneva Matilda Hayden, Deceased, Theone Hayden A/K/A Theone Hayden Emslie, United States of America, Acting on Behalf of the United States of America, are defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on held online www.pasco.realforeclose.com: in Pasco County, Florida, Pasco County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 5th of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
