NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 20, 2015, and entered in Case No. 51-2013-CA-006387-CAAX-WS of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS as Indenture Trustee for the registered holders of SAXON ASSET SECURITIES TRUST 2006-3 MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2006-3, is Plaintiff, and Kris A. Hatch, et al., are the Defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 8th day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 425, EMBASSY HILLS UNIT THREE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGES 119-120, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 7111 Ingleside Drive, Port Richey, FL 34668
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
