NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 13, 2015, and entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-006126-CAAX-WS, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and ESTATE OF FRED DI SANTIS; UNKNOWN HEIRS AND/OR BENEFICIARIES OF THE ETATE OF FRED DI SANTIS, JR; UNKNOWN CREDITORS OF THE ESTATE OF FRED DI SANTIS, JR.; FAIRWAY OAKS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; BEACON WOODS EAST MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants. Paula O'Neil, Clerk of Court for PASCO, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 3rd day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 317, FAIRWAY OAKS UNIT SIX, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 30, PAGES 107 THROUGH 110, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
