FIGARO A/K/A MICHAEL FIGARO; GOLDEN ACRES ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A SERGE BIETAR are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM, on 6/10/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
