HALL; WENDELL S. HALL; OAKSTEAD HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; SUNTRUST BANK; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 IN POSSESSION OF THE PROPERTY NKA JIM BROWN, and UNKNOWN TENANT #2 IN POSSESSION OF THE PROPERTY NKA JANICE BROWN are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM, on 6/10/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
