Notice is given that pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Damages dated April 7, 2015, and Agreed Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered in Case No. 2014-CA-003665CA-AX-WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, in which REGIONS BANK is the Plaintiff and CTS SERVICES, INC., AMERICAN FOUNDERS BANK, LEVERETTE TILE, INC. d/b/a LEVERETTE HOME DESIGN CENTER, BRIAN LEVERETTE, JON LEVERETTE, and STEVE LEVERETTE are the Defendants, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash to be conducted in an online sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 a.m. on the 17th day of August, 2015, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, the following-described property set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure:
THE EAST 192 FEET OF LOT 1, BLOCK A, CUSTOM COMMERCE CENTER, UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 21, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA; LESS PART TAKEN FOR ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY DESCRIBED AS PARCEL 135.1 AS SHOWN BY ORDER OF TAKING IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1890, PAGE 1581 AND STIPULATED FINAL JUDGMENT IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1954, PAGE 493, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
Together with all existing or subsequently erected buildings, improvements and fixtures; all easements, rights of way, and appurtenances; all water, water rights, watercourses and ditch rights (including stock in utilities with ditch or irrigation rights); and all other rights, royalties, and profits relating to the foregoing real property, including, without limitation, all minerals, oil, gas, geothermal and similar matters
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS
