NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 27, 2015, entered in Case No. 2014CA000534CAAXES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon fka The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of CWMBS, Inc., CHL Mortgage Pass-Through Trust 2006-HYB4, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-HYB4 is the Plaintiff and Aldin Pjanic; Denita Pjanic; Meadow Pointe III Homeowner's Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2; Unknown Tenant(s) are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 1st day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 35, BLOCK 8, MEADOW POINTE III, PHASE I, UNIT 1D/1E, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OF PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGE(S) 116, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
