NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 21st, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 002257 ES of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE GE WMC ASSET BACKED PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005 2, is Plaintiff, and SEUNG MIN LEE A/K/A SEUNG LEE; ET AL., are the Defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 11th day of June 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 7, Block 13, CONNERTON VILLAGE PARCEL 103, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 52, Pages 118-132, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Street Address: 8436 Lagerfeld Dr, Land O Lakes, FL 34637.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
