NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 21 April, 2015, and entered in Case No. 51-2013-CA-003560 WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida in which First Horizon Home Loans a division of First Tennessee Bank National Association f/k/a FT Mortgage Companies D/B/A Premier Mortgage, is the Plaintiff and Household Finance Corporation III, Martin Jordan, Palisades Collection LLC, assignee of Providian National Bank, Pasco County, Rijo Group, LLC, The Unknown Spouse of Martin Jordan, are defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on held online www.pasco.realforeclose.com: in Pasco County, Florida, Pasco County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 9th of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
