NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 16, 2015 and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-005822 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Emigrant Funding Corporation, is Plaintiff, and Petrina, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, Dimosthenis L. Angelakos a/k/a Dimosthenis Angelkakos, Unknown Heirs devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees or other claimants - claiming by, through, under or against Dimosthenis L. Angelakos a/k/a Dimosthenis Angelakos and Evangelia Angelakos, as personal representative of the Estate of Dimosthenis L. Angelakos a/k/a Dimosthenis Angelakos are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 am on the 5th day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
