NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered by the Court on April 28, 2015, in the above-styled cause, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash the following described property set forth in the Plaintiff's Motion for Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure:
Lot 121, Block 1 of Suncoast Meadows - Increment One, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 48, Page 36, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida ;
Property Address: 2922 Prairie Iris Drive, Land O' Lakes, Florida 34638
Said sale will be held on Wednesday, June 17, 2015, at 11:00 A.M. online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions.
