McKenney; Unknown Tenant(s) are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 3rd day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

SUBJECT TO AN EASEMENT FOR INGRESS-EGRESS AND UTILITIES OVER AND ACROSS THE EAST 20.00 FEET THEREOF. SUBJECT TO A NON-EXCLUSIVE DRAINAGE EASEMENT AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3072, PAGE 86 AND 87 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, OVER AND ACROSS THE WEST 50.00 FEET THEREOF.
