NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered by the Court on May 6, 2015, in the above-styled cause, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash the following described property set forth in the Plaintiff's Motion for Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure:
Lot 21, Palm Lakes Terrace, First Addition, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 40, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.;
Property Address: 4539 Needle Palm Drive, New Port Richey, Florida 34652
Said sale will be held on Monday, June 22, 2015, at 11:00 A.M. online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions.
