NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated April 20, 2015, and entered in Case No. 29-2014-CA-006663 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and ROBERT ANTHONY MIGLIARO; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROBERT ANTHONY MIGLIARO N/K/A GINGER MIGLIARO; IBM SOUTHEAST EMPLOYEES FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; KINGS LAKE NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 6/8/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
