NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered April 20, 2015 in Civil Case No. 29-2014-CA-009379 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE DEUTSCHE ALT-A SECURITIES, INC. MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-OA4 is Plaintiff and JOZSEF LENICZKI, MELVIN F. GOODMAN, WESTWIND PLACE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOZSEF LENICZKI, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 8th day of June, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 107, BUILDING 19, WESTWIND PLACE, A CONDOMINIUM AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPUTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUMS AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4721, PAGE 117, AS AMENDED; AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 9, BOTH OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
