NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered April 20, 2015 in Civil Case No. 09 CA 001825 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FORMERLY KNOWN AS THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC. BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-1 is Plaintiff and HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY FLORIDA, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR JLM DIRECT FUNDING, LTD, BEATRIZ E. MONTOYA A/K/A BEATRIZ MONTOYA, IF LIVING, ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE ABOVE NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OF ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION #1, UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION #2, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 8th day of June, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 18, Block 5, Temple Park Unit No. 1, according to the map or plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 35, Page 89, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
