NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 10, 2015, entered in Case No. 14-CA-011742 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Michael J. Ledwith a/k/a Michael Ledwith; Nadia M. Ledwith a/k/a Nadia Ledwith; Palmera Pointe Condominium Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 1st day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 7905 LANDMARK SOUTH, BLDG. 14, OF PALMERA POINTE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15983, PAGE 0711, AS AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16253, PAGE 0455, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
